What’s new at isiFundi Training?
1 April 2021 marked a very exciting day for us. We launched our first online training course –  CP 101.
This course contains just enough information about cathodic protection to help any engineer make informed decisions. It is currently available on our Teachable platform for $120.

We are currently working on bringing you additional training material in various areas related to corrosion. We will keep you posted when these are ready to launch.

Bite-Sized Corrosion is back this Winter.
We will be kicking off the colder season with our free Winter Bite-Sized Corrosion lunchtime series. Join us to hear corrosion engineer Neil Webb and two guest speakers discuss coating selection for corrosion protection. Topics include fireproofing and coating colour. You won’t want to miss out on this one!

In the news:
If you haven’t heard, the world’s first LPG bullet ICCP remote monitoring system is here. Designed by Isinyithi Cathodic Protection and manufactured by Electrical Manufacturing, this system remotely monitors impressed current cathodic protection to protect a liquid petroleum gas storage facility.

Over and above their day to day corrosion protection projects and design activities, Neil Webb and Vanessa Sealy-Fisher have also kept busy. In between bites of lunch(time corrosion conversations), they have been preparing for papers which they will be presenting at CEOCOR2021. Have a look at the programme if your knowledge of this convention is a little rusty!
